After spending a full month dancing and researching Contact Improvisation in Japan, I feel inspired to share this experience with you.
This session is open to all levels of CI and Improvisation.
We will play with ideas, body, space, touch and surrounding, to deepen your presence in CI and explore physical and spatial contact with partners or the group.
Welcome whether you are new to CI or an experienced mover, you will receive guidance that supports your body, your individuality, and your artistic expression.
