We want everyone to come to the work that’s right for them — and we also need a planning floor for the practice. Here’s how it works.
More than 14 days before the start
Full refund, minus a CHF 40 administrative fee. Write us at contact@dancedot.art to cancel; we’ll confirm within a day.
7 to 14 days before
50% refund. The other half covers the room, the planning, and the spot we held for you.
Less than 7 days before
No refund. You’re welcome to send someone else in your place — just let us know their name and email so we can prepare.
If we cancel
You get a full refund, or a credit for a future edition — your choice. We will contact you within a day of the decision.
Force majeure
For events beyond our control (illness, public-health restrictions, force majeure) we offer a credit for a future edition. We don’t refund in cash for force-majeure cancellations.
Multi-day immersions and retreats
Same rules, but with hard cut-offs because external venues require commitments. If you sign up for an immersion that includes meals or lodging, the relevant terms apply on top of these.
