Following the input of a 65-year-old friend, I found a flyer presenting a workshop in Contact Improvisation in Bern. I had no idea that this flyer would ignite a passion that is still burning today.
After my first encounter with Contact Improvisation, I was hooked. I left my dance school in Konstanz and began searching for CI wherever I could find it nearby — studying with Rusty Lester in Konstanz, Rochus Schmücker, and attending many other events.
Soon I was exploring Europe and the USA where I got in Contact with Karen Nelson and Diverse Dance. An amazing way to expand my understanding of our human natures.
